Kicking Off 2025 with Safety at Long Painting

At Long Painting, also proudly known as The Neat, Clean, Finishing Team™, safety isn’t just a priority—it’s our foundation. Every January, we unite for our annual Safety Kickoff, a dedicated day to celebrate achievements, establish new benchmarks, and reinforce our unwavering commitment to safety excellence.

Building Connections, Strengthening Safety

This January, team members from both locations came together for an afternoon of camaraderie and inspiration. The event began with a shared lunch that fostered connection and set the perfect tone for the informative sessions that followed. More than just a meal, it was an opportunity to exchange experiences and strengthen the team spirit that makes us industry leaders in commercial painting.

Celebrating Our Safety Success

We opened by reviewing last year’s safety performance—acknowledging our accomplishments and recognizing the collective effort behind our strong safety record. For a comprehensive overview of our safety initiatives and outcomes, visit our dedicated Safety page.

Recognizing Excellence

A standout moment was our service awards ceremony, where we honored team members for length of service with Long Painting. In addition to that, we celebrated our employees who did not have any injury or safety violations during the year and they had the opportunity to select Long Painting branded apparel for their commitment to safety and compliance!

Our 2025 Mantra: “Safety is the Best Primer”

This year, we introduce our new motto: “Safety is the Best Primer.” This powerful statement reminds us that safety provides the essential foundation for every project we undertake. To commemorate this commitment, all employees signed a banner featuring our new motto—a visual representation of our unified pledge to safety.
