
The Five Diamond Program complements Long's Safety Campaign. Projects awarded the Five Diamond status must meet the critical items and measurement criteria listed below:
- Safety - No OSHA Injuries / No Citations
- Quality - No Rework
- Customer Service - Satisfied Customer
- Productivity - On Time Completion
- In Budget - No Additional Time or Money
Projects achieving Five Diamond status are acknowledged each quarter. At the end of the year the three owners of Long Painting Company select one project as "Diamond of the Year". Recognition of this project is displayed on a perpetual plaque displayed in the lobby of our Kent, WA office.
5 Diamond Job History:
2008 One Las Vegas
One Las Vegas was a $150,000,000 project consisting of two twenty story condominium towers. Long Painting provided interior and exterior painting and wallcovering installation as well as sealing concrete floors. The project spanned one and one half years and totalled 60,000 hours of labor without any injuries.

2007 The Grand Sierra Resort
The Grand Sierra Project consisted of renovating the top 11 floors of the former Reno Hilton into condominiums that ranged from 420 square feet to 2,100 square feet. The scope of work was the complete renovation and remodel of 825 hotel suites and related corridors. Long Painiting provided interior painting and wallcovering installation.

2006 The Meriwether Condominiums
The Meriwether Condominiums were built by Hoffman Construction Co., in Portland, OR. The project cost was $82.5 million and consists of two towers; one is 21 stories and the other 24 stories. Long Painting provided interior painting as well as exterior traffic coating, water repellent and anti graffiti. The Meriwether achieved a LEED rating of Silver.
