Employees and supervisors team up for safety and environmental awareness on every job. Ongoing training equips employees to deliver work on time and within budget safely. Long Painting is a leader in comprehensive safety and education programs to protect employees, clients and the environment. We work more than 500,000 hours annually and have best practice safety record recognized by national building industry trade associations and the IUPAT.


Formula For Success: Training and Commitment

Long Painting’s safety focus includes incentive plans, management commitment, and ongoing training and awareness. Staff specialists and nationwide specialists keep employees updated on new coating technologies and application techniques. The Safety & Environmental Education Department provides comprehensive training. This training is in addition to required union-sponsored classes in safety and first aid and includes:
